Coffee addiction

The main problem of coffee addiction is formation of habit. Having conceived a liking for caffeine we gradually increase its dose. Small amount of caffeine can remove headache, weakness, depressive state, etc. But its overdose provokes the same symptoms and aggravates the state of a person. Excessive consumption of coffee arouses heart attack, high blood pressure, anxiousness, nervousness, insomnia and so on.
Coffee speeds up our metabolism, lowers sugar levels in the blood, but its larger quantities annihilate past achievements: caffeine stimulates the release of adrenaline, and this increases craving for sugar. Taking water away from our body, coffee dries tissues. It leads to appearance of wrinkles, cellulite, peeling of the skin on one's face, etc.
If you want to get rid of caffeine addiction you must give up drinking coffee. You are likely to experience the worsening of your state. You have nothing else to do but wait. These symptoms will fade away and you will feel better.
In order to avoid this addiction, don't drink coffee early in the morning and before you go to bed. Refrain from this drink; hide all your beautiful cups in order not to give yourself up to temptation. If you are already a caffeine addict drink herbal tea in order to reduce negative symptoms of your abrupt refusal from coffee. Eat more vegetables, salads and fruits. Reduce consumption of meat, sugar and cakes. Drink not less than eight glasses of water or tea instead of coffee.
