Our health is the most valuable gift of nature which is given to us from birth. Unfortunately we often forget about this fact and don't take care of it. We work a lot, eat quickly and don't think that it is unpleasant to our body. There are three basic components of physical health: reasonable eating, reasonable physical activity and exclusion of smoking. If you follow all these three recommendations, you are likely to avoid problems with heart and cardio-vascular diseases. The majority of people don't follow these principles and especially they tend to violate the first one. Overeating is socially acceptable. That is why many people seeing no immediate harmful effect from overeating, think that it's OK and eat as much as they can.
The main factor of healthy mode of life is the use of various vegetable products. Unfortunately there is no single product which could provide our body with all necessary elements and vitamins.
The majority of people are recommended to use vegetables and fruits regularly because they contain necessary vitamins, minerals and microelements, which can prevent people from many serious diseases. As for vitamins, they should be natural, because various artificial vitamins are often fail to be digested by our stomachs and are often of no help.
Milk and milk products are highly recommended to women, children and teenagers. The only precaution is that these products shouldn't contain a great amount of fat.
As for meet and fat products, they should be substituted for fish, beans and oyster. Portions of food shouldn't very large. Sausage and ham should be excluded from your diet.
Sugar and chocolate should make up not more than one tenth of your daily food allowance. The use of salt should also be reasonable. Its excessive use can lead to high blood pressure. The use of alcohol should be minimized, as it affects negatively our brain, stomach, intestine and other organs of our body.
