Lifelong diet

Each woman strives for good appearance and figure. That is why nowadays diets are extremely popular. All diets are based on two main principles. The first one implies full absence of carbohydrates; the second one is based on the excessive consumption of liquid. Besides, there are so-called balanced diets, which work according to the principle of receiving all necessary elements in small amounts. These diets need a lot of time to attain results, but their main drawback is that they can give a temporary effect only. When a person turns back to the normal mode of nutrition, the lost weight returns back.

That is why modern dieticians are reluctant to recommend diets to their patients. They now recommend so-called lifelong diets. Such a diet means the working out of individual principles for healthy nutrition. But despite the individual approach, we can discriminate common rules for each person and you can start to follow them just now and not to wait for the next visit to your dietician.

The first rule: have breakfast every day. It should consist of milk, yoghurt or curds and various types of cereals. The main purpose of you breakfast is to reduce your appetite in the afternoon.

The second rule: drink more water. Your norm is 1, 5 litres per day. With the help of water you will get rid of different toxic agents from your body.

The third rule: eat regularly. The matter is that when you don't eat during dinner time, you are likely to eat more for supper. Regular nutrition is an essential condition for keeping you slim.

The fourth rule: don't eat hastily. Remember, that if do so, you make a stressful situation for your stomach.

The fifth rule: give vegetables and fruits the preference for smoked, fried and roasted food.

The sixth rule: don't consume alcohol even in small amounts. Don't have a bite between your breakfast and dinner, dinner and supper, etc.

The seventh rule: don't eat before you go to bed.

Following these seven rules will give you a marvellous opportunity to keep fit, feel well and have no problems with overeating and excess weight.
