Magic chocolate

Chocolate brings a lot of good to our health if it is consumed reasonably. There are a lot of types of chocolate but its most healthy type is plain chocolate. It reduces blood pressure and ability of our digestive system to absorb sugar contained in food. Milk chocolate doesn't have such properties.
